    I grew up on PPP. Can't go wrong with taking the kids here. Only problem is their restrooms can be a disaster. Other than that we are happy.

    Here for a birthday party for my nephews daughter. Was very impressed with the clean appearance and the arrangements. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
    The kids had a great time and that is what we came for.
    My concern was the state of the games. Many were down for maintenance and there was several that would take your tokens and nothing. They were broke with no signs. The machine that gave out tokens on one occasion only gave 4 tokens for a 20 token coin. Once it was accurate on two other occasions it did not work at all. The people were very good at giving you the correct tokens when reported to them.
    As I said everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.
    Management needs to take care of maintaining the game machines. I would hesitate to use them. It is not fair to have such great employees and not keep the equipment repaired.

    No problem with the food but the service is horrible. The manager Ester needs to get a new job not dealing with the public as she is very unprofessional. Good amount of games but a few were broken and the ticket reader got stuck and we lost out on about half our tickets. Manager accused us of lying even though we spent $70 on tokens and won a bonus for a game. Horrible attitude and needs to not take her frusteration out on guests. Will not be back to this location. Go to Chucky Cheeses, Gravity Park, Water park, etc. You will have a more pleasant experience somewhere else. Very poor customer service. No one had name tags on either so I had to ask for the managers name.

    Called ahead to see if they still offer kids promotion for report cards and was told they do offer free personal pizza and tokens per A/B grades. Arrived and clerk denied the promotion. Got the person I called who then said only if you have the paper. I took a pic as I did with the last report card we brought in. And he did NOT tell me I must have the paper when I called. They turned me and the kids away. BAD BAD BAD. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
